Whole, Half, or Quarter
Price for grass-fed quality beef is $3.50/lbs hanging weight (The weight of the carcass) for a quarter or $3.25/Ibs for half plus butcher cut and wrap fees (~$0.75/lbs). Keep in mind that when it is all said and done you will have paid far less than you would have for grass-fed angus beef from the grocery store, because you will be receiving all of the choice steaks and other cuts but will be paying essentially hamburger prices for everything! Beef Boxes
Boxes of 20-30 pounds with a lot of great cuts! It is a mix of hamburger, steaks, roasts, brisket, ribs and some other miscellaneous cuts. Each box is a little bit different but we try and make them even with good selections. $6.79 a pound so roughly between $140-$200.
